Terms and Conditions of Sale

• Shipments are made to open accounts in good standing and to new accounts presenting acceptable ratings of credit references.
• Orders are not processed until applicable deposit is paid.
• Terms are NET 15 DAYS from the invoice date. A service charge of 1.5% will be added monthly to all accounts over 30 days.
• Price List prices do not include sale or use tax. Customer agrees to furnish exemption or resale certificate, if applicable, and to notify us of any invoice that should include tax. Customer agrees to pay any unbilled tax directly to the state and to hold us harmless from any and all such taxes.
• All Prices are F.O.B. Aliquippa, PA unless stated otherwise.
• We attempt to estimate delivery times as accurately as possible. However, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
• Orders in transit cannot be cancelled. Orders in process will be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Quotations on special designs and items not shown in our price book will be submitted upon request. Prices in all sections of the price book apply only to work of the specified size and finish indicated. Quotations for all products are valid for 30 days after the quote date.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Orders will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of shipment.
• All claims for defects or mistakes must be made in writing within 15 working days of receipt of merchandise.
• Adjustments or corrections will be made by credit memos or cash. Please pay invoices as billed.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage sustained in transit. Our responsibility ceases when the merchandise is loaded on public carrier or customer’s truck.
• Any unresolved legal disputes shall be submitted solely to courts of the State of Wisconsin, and each party accepts Wisconsin jurisdiction.

These terms and conditions cannot be changed unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
